Cocoa Stick (Raw Caribbean Cocoa)

Our Raw Cocoa Stick is hand-rolled from 100% natural Caribbean cocoa beans, these sticks are mixed with a hint of cinnamon and dried to perfection, resulting in pure, unsweetened cocoa. Traditionally used to prepare cocoa tea, it produces a rich, creamy chocolate drink enjoyed across the islands.

Usage:

Grate into boiling water or milk, add cinnamon or nutmeg for authentic cocoa tea, and sweeten to taste. You can also add one of our St. Lucia bay leaves whilst the tea is boiling for depth of flavour!
