Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. All of our products are natural, consumable items and cannot be resold once they leave our facility.
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stluciasemoss.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always do our best to resolve any issues.
Refunds
We reserve the right to issue refunds. These will be assessed on an individual basis.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
It is our company policy to cancel and refund your order if it is flagged by our payment provider as a "Medium/High-Risk Fraud" payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
