My cousin has been telling me for a long time use seamoss to help with skin and me feeling so tired. I ordered a small jar, it came well packaged and secure. I have been using this seamoss for 3 weeks and I can honestly say, I've had more energy and I have no had a flare up of my cystic acne which has been giving me trouble for years. I put a tablespoon in my coffee every morning and it doesn't alter the taste and mixes very well. I will be purchasing another jar soon.
