Wow what can I say?! After a few horrid experiences reith other vendors claiming their sea moss was the real deal when it was pool grown I came across St Lucia Sea moss on instagram... Been using this company for a few years now. Sea moss has benefitted me massively. My period pains are non existent (for reference I have a copper IUD which usually makes menstrual pain unbearable) my hormones are completely balanced. My eczema has totally calmed down. Inflammatory issues are non existent. My cycle is bang on 28 days. I have also fought off other diseases taking the holistic approach and using sea moss along with an alkaline diet. 5* product and I would not go without it.
